Please use the below as a guide to our shipping and returns procedures and prices, this is up to date and should hopefully help with as many queries as possible.
Shipping Charges - Great Britain and Northern Ireland
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail:
£3.75 (24/48hr service) for orders under £30
Any order over £30 will be shipped by Dpd Local at £6.00.
This service is a Track & Trace service and is next day delivery.
Order before 2pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery.
Saturday Delivery via the Dpd Local service is £13.95
Buy and Collect
You can also collect from the shop, choose “Buy and Collect” from the checkout. You will recieve an email once your order is ready for collection.

Dpd Local Parcel Service
Dpd Local Parcel Service allows you to track the progress of the shipping of your order once it has been dispatched. We provide you with the Tracking Number on your order with Macey Sports and guarantee delivery with this shipping method.
Shipping to Europe and Rest of the World incl. Channel island and Isle of Man
Macey Sports ship outside of the UK using the services provided by Royal Mail and its partners where available.
Please contact either by email or telephone for the current shipping costs.
At Macey Sports we operate a returns policy within 14 days of receipt. This means that if you aren't happy with your order whether it be the size doesn't fit or that it is simply not what you were expecting upon placing your order we will accept it back for a refund on the product, excluding any delivery charges.
Simply return the unused item(s) in the condition that you received it in along with the returns form included in your parcel, stating wether you want a refund or an exchange.
Please note that this policy covers only items unworn or damaged and also does not include personalised items such as any items of clothing where printing or embroidery has been added. Macey Sports also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any item(s) due to hygiene reasons. (Including make-up etc)
Goods Not Received
If you choose standard shipping via Royal Mail, we cannot offer a guarantee on delivery, and take no responsibility for missing parcels. We would always therefore suggest you choose Dpd Local if you are at all worried about not receiving your goods.
If you have chosen Royal Mail shipping, and have not recieved your order, please wait 14 days before contacting us, at which point we can only help you in contacting Royal Mail to report the failed delivery. Again though, we offer no refunds or replacement goods for orders which are lost through Royal Mail, so please consider using Dpd as all orders can be tracked and are insured.
If there is a problem with an item sent or it is faulty, please contact us on 01633 259334 (UK) or +44 1633 259334 (Overseas) or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will discuss the return or replacement of the item.
International returns can be returned but only for a refund, we will not replace goods returned. We will not pay customs charges on returns.

Cancelling an order
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
As well as our refunds policy, you also have a legal right to cancel your online contract with us if you are a customer in the European Union. Although it's legally called a "cancellation" right, you will still receive your order and need to return it. if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods or services you ordered.
This doesn't apply to:
- Items reserved for collection in store where they are paid for on collection.
- Goods made to the customers specification or are clearly personalised.
- Any items that have been printed, embroidered or engraved.
You can cancel an order up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. This excludes items of swimwear,underwear & hosiery due to hygiene reasons. We will refund the cost of that order and the outward delivery charge, provided that delivery charge is the normal delivery charge. Please note that the consumer is liable for the returns charges.
To cancel your order, please go to the "Contact us" box. Submit details of why you would like to cancel your order with Macey Sports.
Return all items along with the returns form included in your parcel. Upon reciept of the item we will issue a full refund using the method of which the original transaction was made providing the item(s) are returned unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached.
